Missing Sub-total (**) while working with FCA_SAP_Upload_Layout and FCA_SAP_Download_Layout

Symptoms

When working with FCA_SAP_Upload_Layout and FCA_SAP_Download_Layout, the sub-total in the layout could be missing.

Before: The saved Layout in SAP:



After using the FCA_SAP_Upload_Layout and FCA_SAP_Download_Layout: 

Reproduction Steps: 

1. Save the Layout in SAP
   
2. Submit the FCA_SAP_Upload_Layout
   
3. Create a Document with the layout output files from FCA_SAP_Upload_Layout
   
4. Then Submit FCA_SAP_Download_Layout
   
   
   There will be no Sub-total (**) in the SAP layout
