Symptoms
While working with the Task Management, if a Global template has some Local Tasks with dependencies, skipping a task dependency in some cases does not work properly. The local task dependent on the skipped task would be executed instead of waiting for the predecessor.
Workaround
There is a workaround for this issue. If you force skip all the local tasks in the global template and then un-skip the tasks that should be active in the local template, the dependencies are inherited correctly – the task inherits the dependencies of the skipped predecessor.
