[BSC]: Able to use more than one email to FCA_BalanceSheet_Certification_UserMessage_AutoReply

Summary

When using the FCA_BalanceSheet_Certification_UserMessage_AutoReply for Auto-Certification, it works fine when providing only one email address for the recipient users.

However, if multiple email address is used, it fails with the following error message:

com.redwood.scheduler.app.balancesheetcertification.exception.BSCRuntimeException: JCS-102080: No such user: user1@redwood.com,user2@redwood.com

The requirement is to use more than one email address for auto-certification with the Job definition FCA_BalanceSheet_Certification_UserMessage_AutoReply
