You can add additional balances to the BSC Workbench Screen. Please follow the procedure below to add the additional fields
- . Login into the environment > Goto Process definition
- Search for the process definition CUS_FPA_BalanceSheet_Certification_Review_Notification
Note: if it does not exist, please create a duplicate from the default process definition: FCA_FPA_BalanceSheet_Certification_Review_Notification) - Edit the Process definition: CUS_FPA_BalanceSheet_Certification_Review_Notification
- In the Tab "Parameters" add a parameter (In this example, I added BALANCE_TEST in the Entity Group)
- Click on Save & Close to save the changes
- Now Goto > Scripting > Tables and search for the table CUS_FCA_BSC_Configuration_ColumnDefinition
- Edit this table and Goto tab "Values" and add a new line:
Note: Instructions to enter the values:- Key * - If you want the parameter to be displayed on the dashboard, the Key needs to start with the Prefix Dashboard, e.g., Dashboard Test Balance
- Name - This is the technical parameter name verified in STEP 4. e.g., BALANCE_TEST
- Type * - Parameter type verified in 4 e.g. String
- External Name - Does not need to be filled in for Dashboard parameters
- DisplayOptions: - copy an existing one and adapt it, you need to change DefaultOrder (make sure that you use a number that is not being used)
- Click on Save & Close to save the changes
- Now go to the BSC chain and edit the Request Review step to change it to the following process definition: CUS_FPA_BalanceSheet_Certification_Review_Notification
- Click on Save & Close to save the changes
- Run the certification in the orchestrator
- Go to the Balance Sheet Certification dashboard and check that the new column is visible in the dashboard
- Open certification and check that a new field has been added to the “Entity” column
