[Orchestrator] Process queue not picked when set in process list properties during submission

Symptoms

When working with the Orchestrator, if a queue is set in the process list properties, the process queue is not picked up when the process list is submitted. The following is an example:

1. Create a Process List and set the default Queue e.g. FCA_Task_Queue

2. When Submitting the Task, it shows the Process Control Queue as something else, e.g Redwood_Studio_Queue

Every time, the user needs to change the default queue when submitting the Process list.

Workaround

No workaround is available.
