Due to the limitations of autonomous db logins we cannot gain SYS-level access to implement the required views and funtions.

There is no workaround at this time

Eng Item:

Our engineering team has rejected a request to implement this functionality on Oracle RDS as the round trip between Central Instance and Database must be kept to a minimum.
