Enhancement request: Unique Job information while Hovering jobs in a Chain

Summary

While hovering over a job in a chain, users cannot see unique job chain call, and diagram search option is not available.

Enhancement Request

Add unique job chain call description on the hover information for each step, and add diagram search option to search for jobs.
