[ENFORCE_ZERO_BALANCE] Validation before submit to workflow on 2 sided BSC template is not working as expected

Symptoms

While using 2-sided BSC and when ENFORCE_ZERO_BALANCE is used, if there is no difference between left and right amounts, there may be an issue where the Request Review button is still disabled and the tooltip states that there is a difference in the balance is non-Zero: 0.00

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround

Affected version

2024.2.0.5 and earlier

Resolution

This will be fixed in 2025.1.0.0 and Hotfix version 2024.2.0.6
