Global Close Template: Time zone of the local task list is always reset to timezone for the entity defined in the FCA_SAP_OrgStructure Table

Symptoms

When using the Global Close Template, the timezone for the local task list is not derived from the Global task list rather the timezone is derived from the entity on the entities tab as it is defined in the OrgStructure table that is used to fill the entities tab. 

Local Process List shows different timezones e.g CET, that are derived from FCA_SAP_OrgStructure Table

Workaround

The workaround is to 'Do not set “Time Zone” as an externalized parameter in the “Add/Remove Parameters” dialogue'
