Enhancement request - syntax check in REL editor

Summary

Add a REL syntax check in the REL editor.

Enhancement Request

There is no check for REL syntax and customers will only know after they try to save the definitions.
They need to open the step again to check, which is quite troublesome




The enhancement is to add the following to the REL syntax

Then users will know what to correct
