Display in inbox and workbench: start date offset and deadline day offset

Summary

Possibility to display “start date offset” and “deadline day offset” in inbox and workbench to have better transperecy and filter options.

As “start date offset” and “deadline day offset” are currently no standard parameter they can not be easily added to the board configuration tables.
In order to make them available new parameters need to be introduced (e.g. TASK_START_OFFSET, TASK_DEADSLINE_OFFSET) that then derive the value from “start date offset” and “deadline day offset”.

These new parameters then can be added to the board configuration tables and be made available for inbox and workbench.

Enhancement Request / Acceptance Criteria:

AC 1: New parameters for TASK_START_OFFSET, TASK_DEADSLINE_OFFSET will be defined

AC 2: New parameter TASK_START_OFFSET retrieves value automatically from “start date offset”

AC 3: New parameter TASK_DEADSLINE_OFFSET retrieves value automatically from “deadline day offset”
