Enhancement request - Set error status manually to completed

Summary

Currently, if a task encounters an error and error handling is not triggered (often due to an error in the first step of the chain), users cannot manually override the error status. This results in the task and overall process list remaining in an error status, even if the task is resubmitted successfully.

Enhancement Request

Allow users to manually set the status of tasks with errors to "Completed" and add a note documenting the action taken. Once all tasks are marked as completed, the overall process list status will be updated to "Completed." Additionally, implement a "Lock" function to prevent further changes to the process list once the month-end closing is finalized.
