[BSC]: Disable Reject and Accept for Mass Approval or Rejection

Summary

In BSC Workbench, the approver can select multiple accounts and perform a Mass Accept or Reject.

While this can facilitate the Approver, the Approver can accidentally select all and perform the Accept or Reject. 

Enhancement Request

The Mass Approval or Rejection should be configurable and can be disabled if required.
