[BSC]: When Approver clicks on "Back to Workbench" on the Certification form, it goes to Preparer Tab

Symptoms

While working in BSC workbench as a Approver, if the approver try to go back to the Workbench, it takes back to the Preparer Tab.

The issue is observed when the Customer selects the dialog box Back to Account Reconciliation Workbench:
