Enhancement: Users restart tasks in workbench

Current Limitations:

Currently, once a task is marked as complete, there is no option to restart it directly from the workbench. This limitation forces users to contact L1 or L2 support to restart tasks through the control center, which is time-consuming and cumbersome.

Enhancement Request:

The ability to restart a task even after it is marked as complete so that he can efficiently re-run specific closing steps after manual postings without needing to contact support.

This enhancement is being considered for a future release version TBA.
