Enhancement: Ability to rewrite the BSC internal DB logic to include the ledger as part of the DB key and the certificate ID index table.

Summary

In the current process, when a recon is created (single or grouped), the internal database logic uses the company code and GL account as the key to the recon and creates a certificate ID based on this combination (CC/GL).

If a corresponding ZR group has the exact same combination (CC/GL), it finds and uses the same certificate ID as created in the 0L group. The ZR group will then overwrite the 0L group due to the same certificate ID, and the 0L group will be lost and gone from the BSC workbench.
