Allow System Admins to grant Configure_Network privilege to users

Symptoms

When creating a Custom Role and trying to add the Global Privilege Configure_Network, it errors out and does not allow to assignConfigure_Network privilege

Enhancement Request:

A System Admin on the SaaS instance should be able to grant other users the Configure_Network privilege so that they can start/stop Gateways on their own. Assigning them the System admin role would give them too much access to the system setup.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround available.

Resolution

This will be implemented in version 2024.4.0.0
