BSC - Accept and Reject review does not work via email link

Symptoms

While working with BSC, It is not possible to Accept or Reject a One-Sided BSR when accessing it via the link located in an approver's email notification.
On the other hand, it is possible to perform those actions when opening the one-sided BSR via the workbench.
