Orchestrator: Global Close Template: custom parameter is not visible on export file if it is checked on external parameters tab

Symptoms

In the Orchestrator where the Excel export functionality fails to include property values in tasks when externalized parameters are empty.

No Workaround is available.

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future version.
