Add sorting capabilities to BSC filters

Symptoms

While using the BSC, it is not currently possible to sort the entries in the filters, and values appear in seemingly random order.

The same sorting of filters should be available in a 2-sided reconciliation.

Workaround

Currently, there is no workaround available. 

Affected version

RunMyFinance 2024.2.0 and earlier

Resolution

This will be fixed in 2024.3.0.0
