Enhancement request: BSC cleanup should include Period dropdown

Summary

There is a scenario where multiple definitions are used to cleanup old certifications for BSC. This however does not remove the period from the dropdown in the Account Reconciliation Workbench. You will find that the values are still in the BSC_Period table, even when there are not certifications assigned to this period.

Enhancement Request

Request to include the deletion of period data in a newer version of RMF for cleanup tooling in BSC.
