BSC - Dashboard not updating user assignments after group delegation

Summary

BSC workbench is not updating all accounts when delegating a group. Only the account that was used for delegation is updated.

After a refresh of the BSC workbench, all accounts are delegated:

When refreshing the Workbench, delegation is updated. A real-time update is required for delegation updates.

Workaround

Manually refresh the BSC workbench, and it will update the delegation.
