Auditor mode not to show selection dialog upon return to BSC workbench

Summary

In BSC Workbench, in Auditor mode, the period selection dialog is shown upon the start of the BSC Workbench and upon return from a certification.

Enhancement Request

When working in the BSC Workbench, Returning to the workbench from a certification should not show the selection dialog anymore.
