Enhancement request - lightweight diagram improvement

Summary

A new version of the UI and the diagram will be redesigned. 

Enhancement Request

• The enhancement request consists (but not limited to) of three different items
  • Have a better view of the chains
  • View chain loading status
  • Move the process diagram window up and down like with process monitoring
  • Add the arrow to change size
