The links below to the online documentation provide general information on how agents connect to the RMJ cloud, the recommended creation/installation option, and describe the procedures for adding additional services to process servers:

- Recommendations on best options to do the switch from the old servers/secure gateway candidates to avoid downtime or minimize downtime.
To avoid downtime when migrating to the new Linux platform agents that will be the active secure gateway and secure gateway candidate(s), I would suggest using these basic steps:
- Build the new Linux server
- Stop the process server for the SG candidate
- Stop the PA service on the old server
- Copy/move the entire PA installation directory over to the new server (be careful to keep the same directory structure)
- Decommission the old server and assign the new Linux server the IP and domain name of the old server
- Start the new Linux agent, confirm it is running normally, then start the process server in the RMJ cloud environment and confirm it connects.
- Stop the process server for the active SG so it will failover to the new SG candidate.
- Once the new active SG takes over, repeat the steps above for the other old and new servers.
