Enhancement request - Create a new reviewer BSC workbench tab

Summary

In BSC there is no reviewer workbench. The reviewer items are reflected in the approver workbench and there is no transparency which items belong to which role

Create a new reviewer BSC workbench tab.

Workaround

Currently, there is only a tab for Preparer and Approver. After creating the Reviewer role, this is not separated.
