Known Issue: Extreme big size PDF spoollist cannot be retrieved

Symptoms

SAPjobs with a very large PDF Spool File are Running into an Error due to failing retrieval of the Spoolfile

Cause

Timing issue with Spool host

Workaround

A possible workaround is to create Registry key /configuration/sap/xbp/DisableSpoolIdsFile with value true (restart the SAP process server to effect the change)

Resolution

This issue will be fixed in a future version
