SAP Transaction implementations do not pass item data to RFC

Symptoms

Several SAP transactions are not passing item information to the RFC call.
This results in failing transactions or transactions that do nothing.

Transactions affected:

• ME21: FCA_SAP_Tran_ME21_Purchase_Order_Create
• VF01: FCA_SAP_Tran_VF01_Billing_Document_Create
• KO01: FCA_SAP_Tran_KO01_Internal_Order_Create

This issue has been fixed in 9.2.8.12 and onward
