Data Transformer: Concat action does not perfrom with large sets.

Enhancement:

When processing a large rtx file (90K line items), a concat action is taking about 1 hour to complete.

The enhancement is to improve the performance of the concat action.

Applies to:

RMF 9.2.9.0 and  up.

Resolution:

Development will modify the code to improve the performance of the concat action.
