Enhancement Request: Separate Auto-Certifications for SAP 0L and ZR Ledgers in BSC

Current Limitations:

On the current application, it is not possible to have two certifications on the same CompanyCode or GL combination as it overrides 

Enhancement Request:

Add an extra key parameter, "ledger" to create certifications for either 0L or ZR.
