Enhancement request: BSC Issue D90 - Add UsageType "Reports" to the BSR & BSC Config Tables for for the report definitions

Summary

All Columns listed under "Export" should be extracted in Excel via "Export" button directly from the UI. However, the Reports currently can not have a lot of columns in the PDF Export format. The request is to ask for a new "Report. "UsageType" which should be added so a limit can be added to the Columns in report field, without impacting columns exported into Excel.
