When a user receives a message in the inbox, the “Start of task” of the message in the detail view in Inbox only displays the time but does not show the time zone.
As there is no time zone for the message in the detail view, it can be confusing, as the time is not adjusted to the time zone the user has currently set. This same applies also to the email version of the message.
