Summary
As part of the initialization when submitting a orchestrator task list there is a task that checks that all users with assigned tasks are OK (existing, not blocked,…)
Frequently there is at least one user with issues and scheduling is not started; Customer receive an error but just saying that there is an issue on a number of users without additional information
Enhancement Request
Clear identification of the invalid user in the orchestrator list as part of initialization with specific error message identifying the invalid user
Workaround
- Run the orchestrator task, to get the list of users
- using this list submit a SAP job for each user to see if it's in error or not, finding in that way which user raise the error.
- Update the orchestrator task to remove users with issue.
