System_RaiseClearEvent to clear all Pending Events

Summary

You have a process which wait for multiple files causing several pending events.

Currently there is no default automatic way to clear all pending event.

Enhancement Request

Add "clear all Pending Events" option to System_RaiseClearEvent.

Workaround

Create RedwoodScript to clear all pending events.
