Enhancement request: Notification when new components are available in the catalog

Summary

When a component is added or updated in the catalog, we are missing notification.

Enhancement Request

As a Redwood administrator, I want to be notified when new version from components or new components are available in the catalog.

Workaround

Regularly looking into the catalog.
