Known Issue: JobchainStep goes into Error while JobchainCall has status Hold

Symptoms

The combination of OnChange trigger/action + HoldOnSubmit scheduling parameter may result in an Erroring JobChainStep

Cause

This is caused by a timing issue

Workaround

Possible workarounds

- submit the chain On Hold
- add an additional dummy step prior to the erroring step
