Enter the Redwood support portal web page https://support.redwood.com/hc/en-us.
Click on the "submit case" button.
Inside the page, fill in all the information, including the email address, the subject of the issue, and a description. Keep in mind that a more detailed description will improve the response of the support team.
Select the type of incident, the product, and the impact of the issue. It is important to check the "production" box if necessary; even though it is optional, it will help us to understand the priority of the issue. Same with the version of the software.
You can attach any file relevant to the issue, such as an image of an error, logs, etc.
Finally, click the "submit" button.
