FBV0 Parked Items Cannot Be Approved in S/4

Symptoms

FBV0 parked items cannot be approved in S/4.  "No Parked Document posted.  Transaction did not complete successfully."

Cause

When running FBV0 in S/4 and the parked document has Ledger Group specified, the transaction requires an extra BDC screen to be posted (SAPMF05V - 0100).
